Bisset Edmonton Real Estate

The neighbourhood of Bissett is located in south east Edmonton. Bisset is part of the community of Ridgewood. The first homes in Bisset were built in the 1960s, but 70% of the homes in Bisset were built during the 1980s. Single family homes are the most common, and make up a total of 56% of all homes in the neighbourhood. L0w-rise apartments make up another 25% of homes in Bisset, row houses make up 15%, and the remaining homes are duplexes. A total of 65.1% of homes in Bisset are owner-occupied.
