The neighborhood of West Jasper Place is located in west Edmonton. The neighborhood is situated between 149th Street and 156th Street, just south of Stony Plain Road. Approximately 30% of the homes in West Jasper Place were built prior to 1964, when the Town of Jasper Place and Edmonton amalgamated, according to the 2001 federal census. About 50% of the homes were built between then and 1980, with the last 20% built between 1980 and 2000.
