Dunluce Edmonton Real Estate
The neighbourhood of Dunluce is found in north Edmonton. Dunluce is named after a castle in Northern Ireland. In the south east corner of the neighbourhood, Dunluce has a recreation centre called the Castledowns Recreation Centre. The majority of the construction in Dunluce happened between the 1970s and the early 1980s, according to the 2001 federal census. About half of the homes in Dunluce are single-family dwellings, with another 19% being apartments, 18% being row houses, 10% being duplexes, and mobile homes making up the final 5%. A total of 64% of Dunluce homes are owner-occupied. The two neighbourhood schools are Dunluce Elementary School, which operates under the Edmonton Public School System, and St. Lucy Catholic Elementary School, which operates under the Edmonton Catholic School System.
